We work with both landlords and tenants, and can help with rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring and other asset management situations.

We have experience in dealing with disputes including submissions to Arbitration and Independent Expert. We are able to deal with dilapidations claims at the end of a lease. We work with specialist third party building surveyors and are able to provide diminution valuations under Section 18 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1927. We have particular experience drawn from more than 30 years in hotels, residential, independent schools and colleges; hostels and serviced apartments and other commercial properties.
